Ordering from Us
Ø Via Internet
The quickest and easiest way to order from us is by using our online shopping cart. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please refer to the Terms of Use section of our website for information about the security of our shopping cart and our privacy policy.
Ø Via Email
You may also email us with your order by sending an email to sales@careformenaturally.com. Please include your name, telephone number, the item number of the product(s) and the quantity you would like to order. We will then contact you at the provided phone number to obtain your billing information.
Ø Via Phone
In some circumstances, customers prefer to call us with their orders. We will accept orders via telephone during regular business hours. Please have your credit card information and item number ready for the call.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Policy
Once you place your order with us, we receive immediate notification of the sale and will send you a confirmation and your receipt. We then begin fulfilling your order, and a second email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped from our facility.
All orders placed will be sent out within two business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will notify you promptly by email. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed the next business day.
Please note that there are times (i.e. holiday season) when your shipment may take a little longer to arrive. We thank you for your patience during these times and invite you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Out of Stock Items
Should you order a product which is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this immediately via email. You are welcome to contact us to find out the estimated delivery time of the product.
Payment Options
We accept Visa and Mastercard, or you may pay through their PayPal account. For more information about paying with PayPal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com.
Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be charged on all orders being delivered to Ontario. PST (Provincial Sales Tax) will be charged in accordance with Provincial guidelines.
Our Packaging
As an eco-friendly business, we attempt to reduce, reuse and recycle. Where possible, we reuse existing in-house packaging for our shipments to customers. These may include boxes, packaging paper, foam and other stuffing.
Should you prefer to have your items shipped out in new packaging, please let us know in the “Comments” section of the Checkout and we will make sure to accommodate this request.
In order to reduce paper consumption, your package will not be sent with an invoice or shipping notice. Instead, this will have been emailed to you when you received your order confirmation from us. Please make sure to keep that email. If you would like to receive a hardcopy of your receipt, please indicate this to us in the “Comments” section of the Checkout area.
Gift Purchases
We will gladly wrap any gift items for an additional $0.50 charge. We will also include a gift receipt in with the gift, if you would like us to do so. Simply make the “it’s a gift” option during Checkout and state your request for a gift receipt in the “Comments” field.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policies
We understand that there are times you may not be satisfied with a prodcut. If this is the case, we ask that you bring this to our attention as soon as receiving your order, and no later than 14 days from receipt of your shipment.
Please all us at 416-901-3477 or 1-888-EZALLNATURAL before shipping anything back to us. We will need to discuss your reasons for return and determine refund, exchange or store credit.
All merchandise being returned must be in the state it was sent to you. This means it must be new, unused and contain all manufacturing packaging, tags and promotional materials or brochures.
If a partial package is being returned, and a quantity discount was applied to shipping, this discount will be deducted from your bill.
Once your item is returned to us, it will be inspected to determine re-saleability or return to manufacturer. If an item is deemed unsellable, we regret that we will be unable to proceed with a return and may need to continue with the charges for that product or offer you a store credit.
